2.Policy Statement:
For the purpose of providing newly appointed supervisors with more diverse leadership and management skills, senior lecturers from inside or outside campus will be invited, through speeches, experience sharing, and opinion dialogues, to cultivate as having macroscopic forward-looking visions and capacities of communication, coordination, leadership and management, so as to stimulate individual potentials, employ teamwork spirits, and the improvement of administrative management efficiency and the advancement of university sustainable development will thus be realized.
